YouTube has recently released their “custom player” option – which lets you control the look of your video player. Well, to a degree. Ok, to a very small degree.

Currently there is a choice between nine different “themes” – which are simply dual-colored borders. You are also given the choice between showing you video in one large picture, or showing the video in a slightly smaller picture but with thumbnails to your other videos previewed on the side.

Not a lot of customization possible, but maybe that will change in the future.
